Types of Information Collected
Two types of information are likely to be gathered during a visit to the DP&L Web Sites. First, we may collect non-personal statistical information. This information cannot be directly connected with you.

Personally Identifiable Information on Children Under Age 13
DP&L does not intend to collect or maintain information from those we actually know are under 13. Users under 13 should not provide any personally identifiable information via the Site. Through links available on the DPL Inc. site, it is possible to access “Electric Universe,” a site designed and maintained by a third party which may appeal to children. However, personal information is not collected at this site.

Where DP&L's Web Site contains links to web sites not owned or operated by DP&L, privacy policies may differ from DP&L’s.
